I can't access the "inbox"

    Good morning,

    For the last couple of days when going into JotForm I am not able to go into the "inbox". I click on the icon but all it does is show the envelope opening and never opens.

    I have logged out and under numerous accounts and it does the same thing.

    Thank you for contacting us. On which form have you tried to access the INBOX? Please try the following:

    1) Clear browsers cache.

    2) User a different internet connection.

    3) Check if there is a browser add-on that could be blocking it.

    If the issue persists, please open the browsers console report while you are attempting to open the INBOX, then take a screenshot, and share it here: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
