Has this work-around now been completely disabled as well as depreciated? Strange things have happened to our 'save and continue' process as of 19/02/2020.

Thank you for contacting us. Although, there is a new feature, this old workaround should still be working as long as you have not activated the new one.

So, you should use one or the other method. What strange things have you experienced?

Hi! I noticed that the emails for Save and Continue Later are being sent to our company email instead of the email of the person filling out the form. What would we need to fix?

I followed the steps above and the first part of the form works out good. Recipients get an email directing them to the main form but when the person goes to save progress on the form, they do not receive an email to complete it.

Hi, just to let you know, please note that you should be using the old workaround, or the new "Continue forms later" feature, but not both at the same time.

So, if you are using the new workaround, please note that when you press the save button, there are two scenarios:

    1) If the user is logged into a JotForm account, it will automatically send the session link to the email address that is registered on the JotForm account.

    2) If the user is not logged into a JotFomr account, it will ask the user to enter an email address to receive the session link.

Let us know if you need more help.

What is the new form work around to save the session to do after a later time?

The new one is the one that gets enabled through the form settings: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Autofill-on-Forms

When it is enabled, a "save" button will be displayed at the bottom of each page. So, if that is enabled, you should no longer be using the old workaround.
