I am not receiving form submissions on my email

    If someone fills out a form it does not go directly to my email address. I have to log into jot form to retrieve form submissions

    The reason is that your email address

    tanya@gem****zineli.com was IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'

    This means that your email notifications settings were incorrect

    In your case SENDER NAME  was not assigned to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar)
