    looking for competition page

Asked by Lee on May 15, 2013 at 06:26 PM

Hi, I am looking for a solution for a competition I would like to run on my website (embedded or linked to).

The idea is to have 5 images that anybody can vote as their favourites... with the major prize going to the most votes. What is important is capturing the voters data – and have attached a link of the data I would like to capture.

Do you have a template that would allow me to set this up and capture the data that can be exported?

    Warm regards,

    Hi Lee,

That's possible with JotForm. Here's an example using conditional logics. Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic.

To know the number of votes, you can export submissions data to excel/csv or even create a visual report

Let us know if you have further questions or if you need further clarifications about this. Thank you!

    Thanks EltonCris,

As I haven't used JotForm before, is it easy enough to customise the design to be pleasing, and add required data fields to the page that need to be completed.

    Hi Lee,

Yes, it's pretty easy. You just need to drag and drop fields to your form and mark them required.

Regarding on the design, you can actually customize them. We have few templates available and you can inject custom CSS codes to your form to have a more advanced design. How to Inject Custom CSS Codes to your Form.

I would suggest to give it a try and get back to us if you come across any issues. Thanks!
