JotForm footer coming on my form footer

I'm upgrading my account but still your jotform footer coming on my form footer why? and how I can remove it

It seems that you have tried upgrading the account to Bronze monthly plan and the payment did not complete. However, the account is upgraded to Bronze temporarily and the form is not displaying the JotForm footer. You may check once again and change the credit card to upgrade your account from the billing section.
