Is my account back active? Can I recoup lost forms?

I have checked your account, and it is fully active, and you can continue to use it.

Removed forms are stored for 30 days in the Trash. If there's been more then 30 days since you removed them, unfortunately, there is no way to restore them.

You can see your trash forms by going to My Forms from the top navigation, and then selecting trash from the left menu:
