    Not receiving emails from form

    I have been having this problem on and off for months.  I just realized I haven't recieved any jot form emails since around april 11th.  I have no idea how many customers I've upset and how much business I've lost.

    They are aparently getting the confirmation emails, I'm just not getting the form.

    Check your bounced list.  I saw that as an answer on another thread.

    Hello @Customistic,

     

    Have you checked your spam folder? Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers.

    If no email on your spam folder kindly let us know so that the support staffs can check it for you.

    Yes, of course.  Can you check the "bounce" list?  Will I get these emails after you fix it that I missed?

    If it is the bounce list problem, can you add a secondary email incase they stop sending to the first email?  I see this is a common problem.

    Hi,

    I have checked your email but it is not in our bounce list, I recommend that you configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com", respectively.

    I did what you said, I got the test email but I an not getting emails from my site.

    Hi,

    Upon checking your forms, you have all the correct settings. If you have a way to add noreply@jotform.com to your Safe Sender List or Contact List, please do.

    It is a safe sender.  This is a new problem.  i haven't had a problem with this service till now.  Is that really all you can do?

    It is odd that this form last submissions was last year.

     

    I also checked the website URL http://customistic.com/upload/ you provided, but I could not found a JotForm form on it.

     

    Please verify if we are checking the right form.
