Paguei o plano Anual na BlackFriday.... Preciso de Upgrade

    Olá.


    Preciso de um Upgrade de plano, porém paguei o valor anual do plano atual.

    Como podemos fazer para ajustar este valor, visto que penso em pagar mensalmente o novo plano, por conta de fluxo de caixa?


    Ou seja.... Precisaríamos avaliar o valor anual já pago e entender como ficaria o valor mensal do novo plano.

    I understand that you want to upgrade your account from Bronze yearly plan to Silver monthly plan. I notice that your account subscription is paid using Stripe, one of our payment processors. When you switch the plan to Silver monthly, the amount for the remaining period of Bronze plan shall be prorated automatically to adjust with the new plan.

    You may switch the plan from the billing section of your account or let us know here so that we can change it for you.
