Out of form views although Jotform footer has been added

    Hi there,

    currently none of our forms are working since we exceeded the 10.000 form view limits. This doesn't happen often and I usually turn on the jotform footer and it's fixed. But right now this doesn't work and all our forms are down.

    What should I do? I already cleared the form cache....

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I cleared your forms cache on our end and that fixed the issue.

    I am glad to know that your form is working fine now. Please note that you can clear your form cache yourself. The following guide should help you how you can clear form cache yourself: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

    Dear Ashwin, unfortunately clearing the form cache myself doesn't help to resolve the issue. Can you clear it again from your side please? :)
