Why is my jotform is suspended?

    Hi there,

    I was going through my jotform 5 minutes ago and half way through it I was automatically logged out.

    And when I try logging back in it states I'm suspended. Could kindly help me look into this?

    My login email is fly@zipborneo.com

    Hi Vincent, I do have a different question to another problem.

    So, usually when someone submits their application/form, we'll receive an email indicating the person's submission and the other party will also receive a submission reference.

    But I've just noticed that whenever we receive a submission (recently actually), I don't receive the full information. For instance, certain things that was keyed in by the other person doesn't show up in my email however the person that filled in the form will get a full detailed reference.

    Hopefully I'm not too confusing.
