Populating wrong field on the form

    I am seeing often when I put the data in the Brand Development Manager cell on jotform, it comes across in the key account manager

    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean the prepopulating the field value to the field 'Sales Teams' is not working? If so, could you share the prepopulated form URL to check from our end to assist you?
