Non Profit application inquiry

We are a New Zealand based Dog Training club and Not for Profit. We offer dog training to the community. I have been using your 'free' Jotform maker but have reached the limit. I started to fill out your request for discount as a Non for Profit organisation but we dont have '9o09' forms or anything like that in NZ. All that I could provide would be our club Constitution, would that suffice?
