ticket plug in

Hi there, 

I am getting really frustrated as there seems to be a glitch, I am about to loose alot of frustrated customers over this and I was just about to pay for this program but if this is going to be a consistent problem I will have to find another option. 

Can you please help me rectify this issue asap so I can avoid loosing customers.

What exactly is your issue? Do you mean the Ticket widget does not work?

There was a temporary slowdown from side and the widgets were not working. But we already fixed this.

If the issue still persists, please provide more information about your issue, so we can further investigate.
