Adobe sign widget: try again or enter a different email address error

    Hello

    My adobe sign widget has been working flawlessly for a long time but now it does not work anymore

    I did not make any changes to my form

    I uninstalled the adobe sign widget, reauthenticated and all seems to be ok, but it does not work anymore

    My form is https://form.jotformeu.com/larsius/Scandinavia

    Error message is

    Please can you look into why this no longer works?

    Can you please let us know, have you tried to use different browsers? Could you please try a different browser or incognito mode to see in the problem continues?

    Finally, please try to Authorize the form once again.

    We have made further testing of the Adobe Sign widget, and we were able to replicate the error you have received.

    I have forwarded this problem to our development team, and as soon as we hear back from them we will let you know.

    Lots of users are getting this issue —  I have raised a support ticket too.
