MailChimp Integration not passing along Group data

    Hi.

    I have tested the Mailchimp integration. It works :-)

    I have no a Mailchimp List with 3 "Subgroups". When I start the Mailchimp Integration Wizard I can see the List and the 3 groups.

    The customer should be able to select also the group in the Jot form. The selected group(s) should then submitted to mailchimp.

    Can you help me to solve this problem?

    Selection of the groups is done when you setup integration with mailchimp. So, it is not possible for your users to select a group. But, I have added your request as a feature request. 

    What you can do is to create separate forms for each form and connect them to separate groups on MailChimp. Then put these forms into different pages or tags in your page and let the user submit the form for a particular group.

    Has there been any progress with this? With how nice conditional formatting works in mailchimp… it really would be ideal to have the flexibility of a master sign-up list for certain areas of a website.

    This is not working for my forms over at FindAGuestBlogger.com and I really need it working properly!  Has there been issues with this recently?  What's going on?

    Hi,

    I did submit a feature request but unfortunately our developers have a very long line of such requests.  As this is something only a few users have requested it may not be something that is addressed quickly.  I am very sorry we do not currently offer this feature with our MailChimp integration but we may indeed have it in the future.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with and we will be happy to help.

    I think you misunderstood-- I don't need the feature where users choose what group to be mailed to.  My problem is that there's a glitch between Jotform and Mailchimp that's not passing along Group data-- and yes, I integrated mailchimp to the list (pulldown menu) and the group (checkbox right under it).

    David,

    This is a feature I am needing as well. Separate forms for each group is just not an option. Although it is a workaround, it just isn't user friendly. Besides, a person doesn't want to have to fill out a form for every group.
