Notifications not always being sent

    Hi sorry to start like this but I think I may have missed out on at least 2 high value sales ($2800) due to the fact that Jotform has not sent me notifications that someone submitted a form. So, I'm a little bit frustrated to say the least.

    The messages are displayed on Jotform as submissions, but they never made it to my inbox. However sometimes when I do get get notifications... so, it's all a bit weird.


    Can you please look into this and see what happened.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused.

    I've been checking your account email history and it seems like the emails are sending without issues, kindly check your spam/junk folder in order to see if the emails ended up there. 

    You may also whitelist our IP addresses in order to avoid emails to be blocked by any security filter, you will find the information on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    Thanks, Yes I've check my spam and there's nothing there. I've even contacted my domain host and they have no reference of these emails


    I'm really not sure where these messages are going

    My domain host is now asking if you received any bounce back errors

    I can see a recent email log that failed, upon checking the email in the bounce list, this error was shown: 

    Result: 

    t*m@to***urdon.co.uk is IN  the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-"JunkMail rejected - pool2-275.formresponse.com

    I've removed the email from our bounce list, please kindly test your form and let us know if the problem persists.

    Hi Kevin,


    So it wasn't exactly true when you said ".. the emails are sending without issues".


    Should these bounce issues not be visible to me somewhere in my Jotform account? I've checked the inbox and the submissions and there is no mention of any bounce issue.


    This has been a major issue for me and as I mentioned about I've lost thousands of dollars in sales (something I'm sure you'll agree is a major issue), a better service would have brought these issues to my attention the moment they occurred. However your initial response was to deny any issues. It kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth.


    I have to say I'm disappointed.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to view if your email address is in our bounce list. You may however,remove the email address from our bounce list in your account. Kindly follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    Please try again and let us know if the notification emails are still not sending.

    Reading above it seems Kevin has already removed my email from the bounce list.
