Our business is getting Captcha 'I am not a robot' on submission

    Hi,


    We are getting a Captcha 'I am not a Robot' on all submissions from 12.30 today. Is this part of the fatal error mentioned above?


    This is stopping all 365 Power Automate submissions fail.


    Please can you let me now how I can switch off this option as we have key business processes running from these forms and we do not want to implement manual workarounds if possible.

    Hi, 

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. I was able to submit a test on both the original and a cloned form with no issue. 

    The issue could be the network where your devices are connected.

    Can you please tell The IP of the network you are connected to? Are all your form users on the same network? We may be receiving mass submissions on the network or IP address that you use, which is why the CAPCHA is present on your form.

    Are you using the form embedded on your website? If yes, please provide us with the link on your website.

    Hi,
    Thank you for looking at it, but the flow hasn't triggered so there is
    still an issue.
    The connector doesn't seem to be functioning as it has been. I no longer
    get the Captcha, but the flow in power automate isn't working.
    Does this mean the issue is the jotform connector in power automate?

    We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

    We received reports earlier that there was an issue with MS Power automate, it should be resolved after we have reported it to our developers. I cleared your forms' cache, kindly try it again or try using an incognito browser to access it, then let us know if the issue still persists.
