Hi Ben, I think I am slightly confused so I may only be partially understanding your question so I would like to request some clarification from you to doublecheck and make sure that we are the same page as what you are asking.
Do you mean a JotForm API itself of some sort?
Or did you mean like a Secondary JotForm API that could be used to create and access Support Tickets inside of JotForm or possibly even for and on your forms?
Sorry, I meant, is there a software that can take all the data of our forms and add them into a proper support request database. A bit like ZendDesk.
At the moment, all our emails are being mixed up, nothing is centralized and we do not know who reply and who do not....
I have noticed that other software maker have API to connect with JOtForm (mailchimp for example), do you have anyone else that partnered with you promoting a Support customer email software?
Let me please inform you that our Developers are working on the JotForm API, and I think it will be released in the nearest future.
Unfortunately, we do not have integrations with the Helpdesk Support Applications at this time. However, if you need the integration with some service, please create a new thread. Then, we will be able to forward a feature request ticket to our Developers.
