    Document Download Error - What's the problem?

    Hi, I get an email that contains links to documents that have been uploaded by my customers. They are primarily of the pdf or doc format. 

    The files and link names that contain spaces are not downloadable. I get this error below. Is this a problem that can be fixed? 

    Some of my customers upload docs and pdf's with spaces in the file names.

    Hi Jay,

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may caused you.

    We had a glitch but it was already been resolved. I also tried to download 1 of your pdf with name contain space in your submission page. Then I tried to upload it on my upload form and tried to download it via email. I was able to download the file.

    For now, can you please download your files in your submission page.  The files attached in your next email should work properly. Thanks for your understanding.

    I am having this same problem and I have tried downloading the file from my email and from the Jotform submission page.  This issue is still a problem and hopefully will be fixed soon.  It is embarrassing to ask clients to upload a lot of information and then I can't open it.
