Quiz app to display summary of answer to user

The one thing I can't figure out is how to get the quiz to display a summary of answers to the user on screen.  I see the set-up section with the check boxes related to this but I haven't determined what I'm doing wrong. After submitting a form it goes straight to the thank you page.

The set-up section suggests that a wrong answer will be flagged at the time of submission if you check that option but it is not operating that way for me.

You can also use the Thank You page to display the answer summary to the user.
