Why are my forms not working now?

When people hit Submit on any of my forms their screens get stuck on "Please wait" and nothing else happens.  

When I created the forms and ran a test, it worked!

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

After checking the forms you have provided for us, I went ahead and made a test submission with my email felipe@jotform.com to the Festival Volunteer Registration Form and I was able to submit without any issue. As you can see in the following screencast:

Can you kindly let us know if you have embedded any of these forms in a website? If so, please provide for the URL of the webpage so that we may troubleshoot further.

The form is not embedded. I notIced that the problem actually happens on the Donations and  Membership forms when people try to submit a payment.

I cloned and tested both these forms using our test account and the form submitted without any issues.

Could you try disconnecting Square on both the forms and reconnecting again in Live mode and then check?
