The submit button is stuck and not responding

    The submit button is stuck on please wait. This happens only sometimes on our BOOST REQUEST ASSISTANCE FORM. Users report using Explorer and Chrome.

    Hi, 

    Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame Embed method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Give it a try and let us know if the issue still persists.

    I have updated the forms using the iFram Embed. This worked for me when I tested. Since the form only got stuck on occasion, we will wait and see if other users have issues.

    I submitted a test on your website where the form is embedded and it is working fine on my end.

    We are still having issues. 

    We have one user who continues to get the Please Wait message in the submit button. (using Explorer)

    This user also had an additional problem. 

    On the address (required field) it showed an error requiring something on line 2 of the address. 

    It also showed under Family Ethnicity, red around each entry.

    My thought is that once a user gets an error message like a missed field, then it triggers the Please Wait button issue. 

    Please help.

    Please make sure the there's @example.com in the Email field.

    After that, I tested your form and I was not able to replicate the issue.

    I understand that the email on the test was incorrect, but what about line 2 of the address and the ethnicity question showing all the responses in RED?? 


    Can you address those issues?

    I created a screencast of my test. I leave Line 2 of the address field and I selected multiple options in the Ethnicity questions.
