Simplifying Annual Renewal: Verify and Pay Option?

    Hi there,

    Our organization collects annual membership fees. These fees vary depending on the size of the organization. There are 6 different categories.

    I would like to be able to send a renewal notice to organizations that displays the information we have on file (most importantly verifying main contact person and size of org to ensure they are still in the same billing bracket) and gives them two options:

    A. Confirm the information on file and pay for the next year

    B. Modify the information on file and pay for the next year

    What would be the best way to do this?

    You will be able to achieve this when you integrate your form with any of our payment integrations like Paypal, Paypal Pro, Paypal Standard, Square, Stripe and etc. These payment integrations support subscription which you can set up in your form. Here's a guide:

    It is the 3rd party payment gateways that usually notifies users about the renewal of their subscription and renewals are also automatic.

    Jotform also sends email notifications to you and the submitter through an autoresponder after the submission. You can always edit the submissions data in your form submissions page but you can't modify the associated subscription payment.
