Email address is added to the bounce list

    I received my regular email notification to: from PayPal but none from jotform.  When I checked in I was told you tried to send one to this email (as you should) and it went to your bounce list.  Your proposed solutions do not work for me or our organization.  How can I get this legitimate email addressed removed from your bounce list?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. It could be possible your email service had been blocking incoming Jotform emails -- the reason the emails ended up in the bounce list.

    I did check your email ( now and removed it from the bounce list. Incoming emails should get through as intended.
