    Hi,

All of your 3 emails are not in the bounce list. I also noticed that you have 3 separate notification with the same content. You can also use one notification then separate each email with a comma please see the example image below.

I also checked your submission page and I can only see one latest submission on your "race for education form". This form has only one email address.

    Thanks!

Hello, I also additionally took a second look at this problem and I didn't see any of the listed email addresses in our bouncelist -

Result: maxxxx@cksxxxxx.org, tchxxxx@cksxxxxx.org, bmxxxx@cksxxxxx.org is NOT in the bounce list

I can see that you are using the default noreply@jotform.com so that is one of the recommended methods to first try out. This guide here http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues may help you further. I would also additionally recommend checking your spam/junk folder just to be sure that the emails didn't end up there. However, I think that because of the custom email domain you have you may at this point want to try Whitelisting JotForm with your Email Host to see if this helps at all with your emails to start coming through since there could be a chance that the emails are being rejected because of that in the event that there is the slightest chance your Email Host might have strict email and spam regulations for repeatitious emails that are sent out on a constant basis as this can sometimes trigger problems like this which are beyond our control.

Please let us know if you continue having problems and we will try to help you further as best we can.
