The PDF Embedder widget is not working

    I uploaded a pdf form using the widget. The form does not appear in the window.  All I see is a blank window.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced an issue with the widgets temporarily and it has already been fixed. As I check the form, the PDF is displaying normally at my end. Please check again and let us know if you still experience any issue further.
