Hi I have several forms about to go 'live' used for department reporting to head office.

I would like to put some validation settings on my fields to help try and get the required information.

My 'Foreman' box requires 3 pices of information 'Name', 'Shift', & 'Date'

I Have used your FullName Quick tool to get the appearance right but I want a drop down box for the shift and date picker for the date. I Know I can do this as 3 seperate lines, but I use all three fields as the sender on the e-mail and I do want it all on one line.

Can I do alter the way the middle name and surname accept data?

or can I fit 3 entry boxes to the 'Foreman' question?

    I hope this makes sense

    Best Regards

    Nic

    Hi Nic,

The best way to achieved that is to use 3 separate fields and then shrink them to align them in the new line.

Now to make them as the Sender Name altogether, simply use Autoresponder instead of using Notification. Enter the 3 field tags as the sender name you can copy these tags on the autoresponder e.g. {name}. And, use hidden box tool for the recipient. Make sure to set your email as the hidden box tool default value and make it the recipient of the autoresponder notification.

Do let us know if you have further questions or if you need clarification about this. Thank you!
