One of the reasons we wanted to use JotForm is that we work with real estate agents and we need all their login informationv(username and password) to about a dozen of their tools.

We wanted a secure way of doing that.

Can we not use JotForm for this purpose?

Unfortunately, that is not possible because it is against our Terms of Use to collect passwords.

Phishing. You agree that JotForm Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form’s purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

So, you can collect username but not passwords.

Our forms are secure. For more details about security please check our security page - https://www.jotform.com/security/
