refund current subscription

    Hi,


    I would like a refund for the pack we purchased as the forms are not consistently sending through information. When I test our form it used to all appear correctly and come through onto the pdf version, however now there are answers to questions missing that I know I have completed, and the most important part of a signature. The signature is also missing and I know I have signed it.

    There is no way of me phoning someone and I can only message you online. The support is not great and we rely on a consistent form to use for our clients that we know is going to appear correctly each time.

    I have processed a pro-rated refund for your Silver yearly subscription. Your subscription has been cancelled and your account is downgraded back to free.

    Regarding the issue with your Signature widget, when you download the submission as PDF the signature is missing or when you view the attached PDF document in the email?

    May we know if you're referring to fields that are empty and would like to be shown in the PDF?
