    Can we disable that people jump to questions by clicking on the progress bar.

    This feature is unfortunately not well planned. :-/

    No, you can not disable the ability of the users to jump on questions from the progress bar.

    The main purpose of the progress bar is to allow the respondents to jump between the questions. However, if you do not need this feature, you can just hide the progress bar from the settings.
