How do i cancel my subscription?

    Plimus tells me incorrect username and password although I KNOW im entering the correct info.  I dont use it enough to have the upgrade anymore.  I do still want to use my account though!

     

    Please help.

    Hi,

    You will need to find out your Plimus username (a long string of numbers) from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm, then enter it on the link below and enter the email address used in email.  https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1

    Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.

    If you are still  having problem with the process we can cancell the account for you.

    Could you please process the cancel for me.  Ive tried to use the login and password for the jotform account and also have tried inputting the long string of numbers with the correct password and it seems as though it just doesnt want to comply...

    Hello,

    It appears that the gmail address on your JotForm account was not the address
    associated with the payment info at Plimus. I was unable to find any subscription
    using it. Do you happen to have other email addresses? The first and last name
    the account owner would also do, so that we can do a search for it at Plimus
    then cancel the subscription.

    Your subscription has now been canceled your account will remain Premium until
    the April 29, 2010.

    Hi mfb77,

    Since you pay using your credit card, you have to downgrade your account through our 3rd party payment processor Plimus. Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account. In case you forgot your Plimus password, please reset your password here or visit their Customer Support page.
