Hello I have tried to log into my account but it says it is suspend even once I have reset my password.

Your account was suspended because you collect bank information in one of your forms. Please note that this is not allowed and it violates our TOS. You can read it here:
If you need to collect payments, you should use some our payment integrations. You can check them here:
https://www.jotform.com/integrations/category/payment-processing
If you want to reactivate your account, we would need to delete the offending fields.
Please tell us how to proceed.

As I mentioned, your account was suspended because you collect bank information in one of your forms. If you want to reactivate your account, we would need to delete the offending fields.
