Does Jotform offer an app for clients to utilize the jotform that I have created to enter information?

If not, then is there a way to use a 3rd integration to an app to provide this feature to my clients?

For 3rd party, you can build a mobile app through services like https://buildfire.com/. Otherwise, you can share the form to your client by getting its URL through the Publish tab.

You can share the form by email, and your clients can open and submit it through their mobile browser. Our forms are responsive, so it is not going to be a problem.
