Customer keeps getting "something's wrong, please click here to try again" error when attempting to sign.
I checked for any reauthentication errors, re-published the form, and have the same problem.

Could you please try removing the DocuSign widget and see if the issue still persists?
You can use the E-Signature widget to fix the issue. Give it a try and let us know if you further help.
