I cannot submit the form. It says "something's wrong, please try again" message

Customer keeps getting "something's wrong, please click here to try again" error when attempting to sign.

I checked for any reauthentication errors, re-published the form, and have the same problem.

Could you please try removing the DocuSign widget and see if the issue still persists?
