question for workshop

i would like to find an automatic way to communicate with my client during a cosmetic workshops I am organizing. Jotform application seems interesting to me.

1st/ I need to ask for question to personalize their product and also to ask them to sign a pape about confidentiality and private data.

2ndly I would like to send them their personlized recipe after the workshop in order to help them to order the ingredients through my website.

I am taking picture of them. it could be nice to add it on this last document.

My question is how can i share with them rapidly?

How can I send them the 2nd form automaticaly?

If I understand you correctly, you'd like them to fill out a questionnaire and be able to sign it as well as upload a picture of them.

Then, based on some answers they have provided, you want to send a certain recipe.

If this is correct, you can do all of that in JotForm.

For pictures, you can either have a File Upload field or the Take Photo widget:

Then you can create multiple autoresponder emails, one for each recipe. Then create condition that control, which emails to be sent and to whom it shall be sent based on user's answer for certain fields.
