    We are a grandfathered account with sub-users. Our sub-users have been able to move forms into the "Shared" main account folder as outlined above, until today. Everything seems to work as outlined above, we get the warning notice and click continue, warning box goes away, but the form does not transfer. Can you help with this?

    I tried performing the same, but I was not able to replicate the issue.

    Please try with another browser as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before transferring the form from sub-user to the main account.
