    Align matrix

    Asked by DanMax on May 16, 2013 at 08:11 PM

    Hello. I'm a new user and really liking Jotform so far. I'm hoping you can help me with a table alignment issue.

    My form has two matrixes. The first is larger and wider than the second. (Since Jotform can't yet total columns in a table, I'm using the second matrix for manual entry of totals.)

    As you can see in the screenshot, the second, six-column matrix is aligning to the left.  I intended to use its six columns for entry of totals reflected by the final six columns on the larger matrix that is directly above it.

    Visually, it would make sense for that second matrix to appear on the right side, directly in line with the final six columns of the other matrix.

    Can you help me figure that out? I've included a screenshot and a link to the form. Thanks so much!

    Hi Dan,

    We would be happy to help. Inject this codes to your form:

    #id_10 {

    margin-left: 251px !important;

    margin-top: -51px !important;

    }

    Please follow this guide on how you can inject this codes to your form: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes

    Thanks

    Hello Dan,

    Welvin's instruction is correct but try this code instead. Because I tried the code above and it will overlap the boxes.

    #id_10 {

    margin-left: 251px !important;

    margin-top: -30px !important;

    }

    Is this what you wanted to achieve?

    Here's the step-by-step guide that will help you achieve that.

    Click "Setup & Embed"

    Click " Preferences"

    A New window will show

    Here you can inject the CSS code.

    Here's the code you need to inject.

    #id_10 {margin-left: 251px !important; margin-top: -30px !important;}

    Click "Close Settings" and you will be able to see the changes.

    Feel free to let us know if you need further clarifications.

    Best Regards,

    Ysel
