E-Mail Validator Widget: getting Invalid SMTP Credentials message when adding and testing SMTP

    Here are what I input:

    Hostname: smtp.office365.com

    Port: 587

    Security Protocol: TLS


    I am sure that I input the account and password correctly but it keeps showing " Invalid SMTP Credentials" right after I click "test email" like the widget did not really do the test run and load for a few seconds like before.

    Please help. Thanks a lot

    We apologize for the inconvenience. 

    I can replicate this even with the other SMTP provider. I tried with MailGun and Gmail, both have the same error result.

    I have raised this thread to our backend team for further checking. Once we have an update, you will be notified here.

    In the meantime, use the default sender instead of the SMTP.
