Not receiving notification email

    Hi Gerard,

    I've been testing it out since yesterday and tried sending a 'test' email to myself but I haven't been receiving anything. I've submitted a submission through the form but I don't receive any notification regarding that submission. But as a submitter, I do receive a confirmation email.

    I can see from our email log that notification tests as well as submission emails are sent to your email address:

    Could you check if the emails are getting sent to your SPAM folder OR if emails from JotForm are getting blocked by your IT dept / ISP?

    If yes, I would recommend that you white list JotForm IPs and domains: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    Hi Gerard,

    Sorry for the late reply. 

    We're receiving the emails that weren't coming in already.

    It was due to sender verification failure in which our IT team has proceed to tweak the necessary settings.
