    Hello,

I have a date field at my form and I want to use this date field value for the PDF-file name.

Example: Date field value is 31/01/2020 (dd/mm/yyyy) and I want my PDF-file name in this format: 20200131_tekstfield1_tekstfield2.pdf

I searched for a calculation field witch I can use to format/unravel the existing date-field, but I can't find a solution.
Is there a way to accomplisch this?

    Thanks,

    Frank

Hi, you can assign the date field value as the file name of your PDF document, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/553-How-to-Assign-a-Custom-Name-to-a-PDF-Document-with-PDF-Editor

You can use many fields to build the PDF file name. Let us know if you need more help.
