Hello!
I took my Thank You! Page and copied it into the autoresponder email. I wanted to be sure I gave my users two opportunities to click on the link.
1. Notice the error message: "The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been..." Can you help me fix this so our logo appears? The first screen shot shows the error. The second screen shot shows what it should look like.

Please try removing the existing image that is using the direct URL and upload it directly by using Insert Image option.

I just dragged and dropped the image vs selecting from the images stored in JotForm. Worked like a charm.
