Save and Continue Form using session email is not working on my forms

    Hi there,

    I have been following your step by step process in making a form's content savable so that clients may come back and fill the form at their own pace.

    This has been working but I cannot seem to get it working on the new forms I am adding via import of existing ones.

    Is it because of the recaptcha function? I'm struggling a little in finding the relevant info to help me resolve this.

    Hi Ilia

    Unfortunately, there is a reported issue with the continue form later using email session method as describe on this guide

    I tested your form and it has no captcha field but it still did not work. So, the issue is not related tothe captcha field only.

    I will forward your post to our next level support so that it can be included in the bug ticket.


    For the meantime, you can still make it work for your main form.

    Did you know that "Continue Forms Later" is already a built-in feature in the form builder.

    You can use this feature without using 2 forms and session email. Just apply it on the main form.

    Hello probeautyilia.  We've made an update that involves a fix on this problem.  Feel free to test your form again.
