Hi there, I have a web form providing a Reserve and Collect service for a client however even though customers are completing the fields with a mobile/phone contact number, this number is not showing up on copies of the submission email which is automatically forwarded to my client. Everything was working well up to beginning of May however over the past two weeks this issue has surfaced. Could you please look into this? Many thanks

I checked your notification's email content and don't see any issue with it.
I created a new notification (Notification 2) on your form and did a test submission. It seems its working fine and the notification I received includes the mobile number.
Please check and let us know if this works fine. You can update the Recipient email of this notification.

Hi there, I am still having the same issue even with the form that you submitted. When the submission form comes to my email client, the mobile/phone contact information is missing. How can i upload a screen shot ?
