Upload file error

When files are uploaded, I always receive this error. Can you please guide me on correcting this? Thank you so much!

You have to be logged in to your JotForm account before you can download the files.

If you want to download the files right away without logging in to your JotForm account, you have to uncheck the following option in your account settings.
