reCaptcha Problems

This has been an ongoing issue with our form CCC Tracking v2.  After the last conversation with your developer we were told there is a spam mechanism on your side that is taking into account various variables and that submissions from our network has been marked as suspicious.  

The developer disabled the rate limit for our account and everything has been fine.  Yesterday the reCaptcha has appeared again.  Can you please look into this on your side and see if something was changed?
