How can we get the accurate source of our conversion?

    Hi Team support,


    We are glad to use your Lead generation tool to get our new prospect to our website. 


    We have an issue in finding the source of our lead. We are using jobform for all our contact form on our website. We got a lead from the canal Referral. We would like to figure which website out is, but the last information is jobform. We are not able to see which website is.

    When we go to support/canal in GA, we clearly see that sometimes saw our website on a referent website and submitted the form job form, but because of jobform we can't see which website is.


    And there is a pop up with a notification appearing ''Incomplete value'', What does it mean?

    Could we use the widget to put our GA tracking code and thus get the canal source before job forms? We are afraid to get the conversion counted twice because the GA it is already linked to the website.


    What do you recommend, could you help us to fix it please?

    Did you add the tracking code to the custom thank you page? If so, you may add the parameter  ?utm_nooverride=1 to the thank you page URL so that it should be working fine.

    If you want to use Google Analytics widget, it is also required to set the exclusions for the domains listed below on Google Analytics by following the article https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2795830?hl=en
