    Prezados Senhores:

     

    Vosso sistema é muito útil e preciso muito dele...  Recebi uma notificação com um dia de antecedência de que hoje, 17/05/2013...   Sairá do ar...   NÃO DELETE POR FAVOR...

     

    Estou tentabndo pagar mas o cartão não está passando e preciso de uma solução...

    Eu verifiquei sua conta e ver que ele está em estado overlimit como você recebeu 148 inscrições. As contas gratuitas só pode receber 100 observações não seguras em um mês. Lamento dizer, mas não vamos ser capazes de ativar seus formulários.

    Você pode ter que atualizar sua conta ou esperar para o início do próximo mês, quando os contadores de envio serão repostos.

    Hoje efetuei o pagamento através do cartão de crédito master card e a
    operação foi realizada com sucesso.
    Quero saber o que aconteceu pois sempre tive com vocês minha conta
    premium... De qualquer forma hoje eu a renovei e fiz o upgad para premium
    que me dá o direito de 1000 relatorios por mes.
    Agradeço seus cuidados no sentido de ativar imediatamente meus formulários,
    pois os utilizo para trabalho.

    I can't seem to find the latest order you've mentioned. For verification purposes, may we know the order reference number found on the receipt that was sent to you by our payment gateway when you paid for your subscription?

    By the way, your current yearly subscription that was paid last April 2013 was returned back to you due to the following reason:

    "The reason for this chargeback is: D: 4863, Cardholder Does Not Recognize-Potential Fraud."

    I would suggest to verify this on your end or contact your bank department in this regard. Thanks!

    I just found your latest order and it was declined by our payment processor, Plimus.

    A operadora do cartão de crédito confirma que o pagamento foi autorizado.

     

    Favor verificar. Caso tenha sido declinado me envia o comp´rovante para o cartão estornar o valor que foi pago.

    It is automatically reversed by our Payment Processor - Plimus (Now BlueSnap). Some are rejected or declined. Here's a screenshot of our record:

    You'll see, all has been declined. We don't have a "New" record showing the successful payment. Again, if you'd like to upgrade. Please try using this link:
