How can we set up the forms where the person submitting the form, gets a confirmation email that the form was submitted successfully?

    Hello there!

To do that, simply click on Email Alerts, then click on the Add new email option

From there you will see this option

From there, click on Autoresponder Email then next.

The Recipient Email here refers to whatever email address the user supplies

And then you can then set up what message or information you would like to be put on the autoresponder. The email will be sent to you and to the address the user provided.

    Hope this helps!

It should be on your form itself. Simply provide an email field in the form wherein the user can supply their email ad before hitting the submit button.
