Sub-account created a form that I cannot access...

    Hello 

    I have a sub-account (Heather@coachdiversity.com) and they created the following form and I cannot view it or see it in my enterprise account.

    Can you transfer ownership to me?

    I did check form #200473943899166 and found that this form is still in sub-user account. That is the reason why you are unable to access it from your account.

    Please ask your user to move the form to shared folder and that will solve the problem you are having. Once the form is moved, you will be able to access it.
