How can I create condition for each field of input table?

Jotform Support:

Is there a way for INPUT TABLE responses to SHOW/HIDE additional input elements?

EXAMPLE:

If "Staffing Issues"  = "YES" than show a comment field.

I have provided a small sample form.

The first Single Choice Element is an example of what I am trying to achieve.

Each Input table line item would need it's own logic.

Line One:  Staffing Issues  = "Y" <- Staffing Comment

Line Two:  Safety Issues  = "Y" <- Safety Comment

etc.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a condition for separate fields in the Input table since Input Table is considered as a single field. 

I can only suggest you set use fields like Short Text Entry instead of the Input Table field.
